Am i testing to early

i had sex the day i noticed ewcm on july 29th . July 30th i experienced the worst pain in mu abdominal area . Like a pulled muscle on both sides so im guessing i ovulated on the 30th . I have yet to get a bfp am i testing too early. My period is a day late and its always on time
