Wear leggings or something equally comfortable and make sure to wear compression socks. Walk the aisle every hour. Drink a lot of water because the recycled air on planes dehydrates you. Bring snacks in case you don’t like the food offered. Don’t be afraid to ask for help getting your overhead luggage put up and back down if it’s heavy. I flew 16.5 hours total when I was 21 weeks pregnant and my feet swelled up SO BAD. 6 hours out from the destination I could not feel my feet. I thought I would be fine without compression socks because I hadn’t had any swelling yet. Wherever you’re going, ask them to get Epsom salts so you can do a warm water soak when you get there.

I'll be 20 - 24weeks when I fly back home to an overall 13 hours flight with a layover. I'll be traveling myself. My husband didn't get off.
Any suggestions on how to stay calm and must haves for the flight?
What to wear etc
