I'm 31 Ive had this problem for years and curious to see if I'm alone

When I have an orgasm after sex or masterbation, I get this immediate aversion to sex. Like I immediately stop and everything becomes really sensitive and I can't cum again. It's almost like a guys during their refractory period. I'm not sure if its a physical thing or totally mental but it's weird that I immediately have to back away from anything sexual. Any others ?!?!
