How do you count the days from ov..
I get so confused how to count how many days from ovulation i am.... do you count in 24hr..
so i dtd thurs at 8pm would it be one day before ov fri 8pm(24hr) or just count thurs the day i dtd as day one..
Below is my chart.. i had sex 8pm thurs.. got a +opk at 9am sund morning.. so am i ..
2.5 days from ov (24hr count)
3.5 days from ov
