Hot flashes?!

Anyone else having hot flashes?! It’s 34 degrees where I’m at and I’m outside in a tank top sweating my pregnant ass off!! Anyone have any suggestions on how to survive this?!!

Misery loves company so I’m glad I’m not alone! But holy hell I never had this problem with my last two lol I was consistently warmer but not a full on make you think you are burning from the inside out hot flash 😩

I feel like I’m constantly running hot, but today I’m pretty sure I was having a Braxton Hicks contraction and my body temp sky rocketed. I just breathed through it and it didn’t last longer than a minute but damn, I was stripping everything off that I could in those 60 seconds! This has happened a few times in the last couple of weeks, but still not on a regular basis which is good!

It’s finally fall where I live and I find myself taking my clothes off outside and inside and my boyfriend just looks at me crazy while he’s bundled up.

Yes! Absolutely when I'm home I'm literally in shorts and sports bra cause I'm that hot.
