Crawling?

My little one is 17 weeks and since she discovered rolling onto her tummy we cant keep her off it now..
She flaps around like mad! 🤣
How long did it take for your little ones to go from this to crawling? She's determined!

My son was about 3 months when he could flip from back to tummy, about 4 when he could do both & he was army crawling by 5 months. It took him forever to figure out if he used his legs instead of doing the worm he’d get there so much easier 😂 even doing that he was still really fast at it lol just give her lots of tummy time & she’ll get it at her own pace!

My son is 13 weeks and already doing an inch worm motion to scoot forward while on his tummy. He’s always been crazy, constantly wanting to kick and squirm, I’m in trouble😳

Mine started rolling over at 15 weeks and crawling around 7 months. And he was the same—once he got on his front just wanted to stay there. Hasn’t slept on his back since the day he could roll on his own.

My son is now 10months and just skipped the whole crawling thing! went straight to walking.

My daughter rolled to her belly at 14 weeks and still isn’t crawling at a little over 6 months

Babies don't typically crawl at 17 weeks lol our daughter was rolling at 3/4 months (between 12 and 16ish weeks) and then started crawling the day before she turned 7 months.

My little girl is 5.5 months and "commando crawling" or army crawling, and rocking backwards and forwards on her hands and knees (but not quite crawling properly that way). For comparison, she started rolling front to back at 2 weeks old, and back to front at 14 weeks. Once she could roll both ways, she got around by just continually rolling until she got to what she wanted 😂 She was doing the excited flapping thing for a while though. We call it her "skydiving".
