How can I stop eating chocolate 🙈🍫
I’m 23 weeks pregnant and I cannot stop eating!! I know hunger comes with being pregnant but half the time (probably more than half the time) it’s not that I’m even hungry! We got a vending machine recently in work and I’m scared to even think how much money I’ve spent in it the last few weeks. I have been eating reasonably healthy too, apples, bananas, shredded wheat for breakfast every morning, yoghurts, eggs, veg with dinner. But the amount of chocolate and bad food I’m eating just for the hell of it is ridiculous. This is probably a silly post cause most people will just say “just don’t eat it” but it’s so hard. I’ve always had a sweet tooth but I’ve also struggled with eating disorders in the past. I’ve managed months without eating any junk food and to be honest hardly anything at all but my brain just won’t let me say no to chocolate just now. Does anyone else have this problem?! If you have any advice I’m all ears 👂. I feel like I’m bigger than I should be for 23 weeks and that’s stressing me out!
