He cheated.....

. I just got a call from my OBGYN that I have Chlamydia, I said how? I’ve been with my partner for 2 years only him. She checked my charts and I was negative for it last year and she said I’m positive now ! I asked him who he slept with and what he’s done and he keeps saying he hasn’t done anything! Could he have gotten it another way? I also read you can’t get it from using toilet paper or kissing ect. So does this mean he had sex w someone else.... I am also pregnant I am heartbroken rn.

He got checked too and he didn’t have it! And now obviously he does. I’ve only been sleeping w him no one else and he’s still claiming he didn’t do anything... I can’t stop crying
