SMEP : diet and do you tell your husbands the game plan ?
Are there any guidelines for diet ? I'm trying to keep with no more than one mug of coffee and 2 glasses of wine if I have it . Pleeeease let August be the month ?
Husbands . Are they aware of the timeline for BD or does yours just BD when you ask ?
Ours is more scheduled due to a rotation schedule for my hubs .
