DHA PILLS ?

The DHA pills I've been taking make me want to vomit!!! Anyone have an alternative option? I use women's one a day.

I have a non-fished based one too. I didn't want to take one with fish because it might give me barf inducing fishy burps ? I've been feeling pretty good so far. With this combination of prenatal and DHA pills I've been feeling pretty good, not TOO nauseous ? ​

Try to take your pill after your breakfast... That worked for me my pill smells like dig food ? but I can keep it down if I have food in my belly

Maybe go to the chemist and ask if there is a chewable version.. I know that blackmores does a tiny one that has folic acid and iodine. Might e easier to swallow because it isn't huge.

I buy them at Target. I buy them separate from the prenatal. They are plant based rather than fish. Now I don't burp up that gross fishy taste!

Everyone is different and everything affects others differently with that said... I'm on my 2nd pregnacy and The Honest Company DHA I have found to be great !! It's a small pill with NO taste at all or after taste (my opinion) I have been pretty sick and they don't bother me at all . Good luck to you ?

Try taking them before bed. I would throw mine up daily but I haven't had an ounce of morning sickness when taking them at night! Worth a try :)
