High temperatures please comment

I'm a bit worried..I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I've had a high temp of around 38.67 degrees celcius.. Trying to stay cool but I really don't want anything to happen to our baby.. Are my worries valid? Will it be ok? Docors haven't been much help, they just said keep fluids up, stay cool and take panadol.
