Midwife couldn’t find HB on doppler 11weeks

So I know I’m almost definitely over reacting but I can’t help it! I had my first appointment with my midwife last night at 11+1 and she couldn’t find the baby’s heartbeat on the doppler. She told me to expect that, but I was sure we’d hear it since we heard my daughter at 9+6 and it’s a whole week and two days later than that! She didn’t seem concerned, though she did give me a prescription for an ultrasound so I can go see the baby and check it’s all good to ease my mind, so I’m going to try to get that today or at least this week.

Anyway, anyone else’s dr/midwife not find the HB around 11 weeks with the doppler and baby is ok?

Edit to add: had an ultrasound this afternoon and baby is there and has a good heartbeat, but apparently has fluid around the spine or somewhere it’s not supposed to be, I don’t know, but now I have a whole other thing to worry about 😢 I really want everything to be okay and I’m so scared.
