Tmi contractions when I poop?

Ftm here I'm 36 weeks and 5 days and for the last 3 days I've been pooping every day. Not that I'm complaining because it's way better then being backed up. It's not super soft just normal but when I go to the bathroom my stomach gets really hard and my back starts hurting. I have no idea if these are actually contractions because I've never gone through this before. Do you think this is a sign of early labor? Could these be contractions? Anyone else go through this?
