#this_is_postpartum

I saw this on Instagram, and I thought I would share it with you guys.

#this_is_postpartum today I’m joining @meg.boggs and many other beautiful mamas in this movement.

Postpartum is crazy, silly, and full of love. It’s late nights, early mornings, and everything in between. It’s a messy house, but a happy baby. Its a sink full of dishes, but a fed baby.

Postpartum is also a whole new world.Its learning to accept a new body that created a beautiful life. It’s overcoming postpartum depression, and PTSD while keeping your tiny human alive. It’s stretch marked skin, mushy tummy, and saggy post breastfeeding boobs.

Postpartum is beautiful. This is postpartum.
