Hand expressed colostrum @ 37w
This is what I got for the first time hand expressing colostrum. I am currently 37 weeks. How long can I leave this out and keep adding to it before I should stick it in the freezer? 3rd time mom but first time adamant about breastfeeding. Help! TIA 💜
