Depends. Are you emotionally stable? Financially stable? Do you live on your own or with your SO? Is it a stable relationship?

As long as you don’t live with your parents or a guardian, you have a job and money put away, and you can financially and mentally care for a baby on your own, I say go for it!
If you still live with your parents and are taken care of yourself, if you don’t have a full time job, or a home of your own, you have no business having a baby!

Well are you financially stable with a place of your own or at least a steady rental, ready to commit yourself to being the carer of another human for the next 18 years at least? Do you have the income to spare to buy everything that is needed to look after a child? Are you definitely ready to put study, careers, holidays and the ability to choose what you do with your time on hold for a little while? Do you have a stable relationship to bring the child into? 
If you answered yes to these things you could consider getting pregnant
