Biophysical and NST

Emily
So I'm 33 weeks pregnant and yesterday I had an NST done because baby isn't very active in the womb anymore. She unfortunately didn't pass the NST because she barely moved and when she did her heart rate didn't accelerate high enough to meet the criteria so they sent me to do a biophysical profile. She took forever to give them three big movements but she finally did within the allotted time. She did pass with a scor of 8/10. So my question is does that mean I dont need to worry about her movements as much if she passed and looked healthy on the ultrasound!? My dr is ordering me to have NSTs two times a week from now until I deliver and starting to see her weekly as well. I'm just really scared because baby barely moves anymore and doesn't respond to sugary drinks or really poking anymore. My OB said that the NSTS and the biophysical are a more predictive sign of fetal wellbeing over kick counts. So I don't know, I don't go back until Monday and I'm worried  that something is going to happen between now and then!
