IM FREAKING OUT pls someone help me

I just started having the worst cramps of my life and I stand up and body pushes out these big blood clots I’m freaking myself out is this normal do I go to the doctors? Also I recently just had the implant nexplanon put in like 3 weeks ago could this be a side effect ? It’s my first period after the implant
