I was looking at my Glow calendar and just realized that my expected period date will also make it officially 3 years since my uncle decided to end his life. Long story short, he got really depressed over the fear of his losing his job (he was a race car driver and loved his job), his wife (she was a cheater and ended up cutting of the family, moving another guy into the home, and donating 99% of his things to a Salvation Army after he died🤦🏼‍♀️), began drinking, and one day decided he didn’t wanna do it anymore. So he took a gun and killed himself in a park close to his home, leaving a note behind to tell everyone that he loved them but just couldn’t stand the pain. Although it’s been 3 years, I tried to not let myself hurt from it and I think was in denial for the longest time. So it just seems really ironic to me that this month, the first cycle officially trying (before this, we were not trying, but not preventing) would end up ending that same day. Hoping this cycle works cuz I would be devastated if I ended up starting my period that same day 😭🤞🏻
