Ok so I have pcos and in February I started clomid and with it I had a ton of pain but in August I had surgery to remove large cyst on my ovaries and my new dr put me on birth control for a few months. This is the first month with being on nothing. Last night I came home and took a opk and it was positive, a few hours later I began cramping really bad. It’s enough to make it uncomfortable. But my cm is watery and I’m on cd 15 today! Could this be actual ovulation??
