Hey ladies, so I started spotting two days ago and cramping badly. I went to the emergency room yesterday to see what’s going on. They drew lots of blood and gave me an IV. The doctor ordered an ultrasound but there was nothing showing in my uterus yet. My HCG level is 92, it’s low according to the doctor. He said it could be three things...start of a MC, ectopic pregnancy or implantation bleeding. I’m suppose to follow up on Thursday to see if my levels have doubled. According to my last period i should be 4 weeks but the doctor said I’m 2 weeks. 🤔 Any of you ladies experienced this?

Other than that happening yesterday, I woke up this morning and there was no more blood thank goodness-so maybe it was implantation bleeding. I’m very gassy and breast are super sore and heavy. Same ole typical pregnancy symptoms I’ve been having.
