Antibiotic maybe not work? Still have BV?

Ever since I got the implant, a few weeks after I started noticing an increase in discharge. It finally got annoying enough to where I went in to see the OBGYN.

She told me I had “a little bit” of BV (Bacterial Vaginosis) and gave me antibiotics for it. So I finished off my antibiotics and I was excited that maybe they would stop this amount of discharge.

But nope - still having a significant amount of the same discharge and even some burning. Could the antibiotic not have worked?
