It is called Cervical Mucus. It tells you that you are ovulating.

Are you on birth control? If so, birthcontrol thickens the cervical mucus to make it harder for sperm to reach it, it looks just regular discharge ovulating discharge from someone in birtbcontrol. I've had it, not that much tho.
