Clingy toddler?

i’m not sure if this is a thing or not, but my daughter has become really clingy this week. i usually drop her off to my grandmas house when i need to run errands with no problem. this week she cries, falls out, hits and just goes crazy when it’s time for her to be dropped off. my grandma said it’s because the baby is coming soon. has anyone experienced anything like this?

Yep! My 2 year old has been like this for a few weeks now... wants nothing to do with anyone else but me. He throws a fit if I go to the bathroom without him! Haha so clingy and my mom said the same thing that he can sense that the new baby is coming soon and just wants to be with his mommy... I know it can be very frustrating when all you want is 5 min to yourself haha hang in there!

The last two weeks have been hell. He’s been acting out and being mean to mommy. He hit me today and tore my earlobe a bit. He pooped in his closet like 4 days ago. He bites and throws things too. He’s 18 months old. I’m trying to be patient with him and not react because I know he’s just looking for attention.

My 2 and a half year old turned into a super clingy toddler. He used to be super independent and want to do everything himself. Since he started walking lol.  Now it's mommy everything. Literally daddy hands him a cup of water and he won't take it unless I give it to him.  So weird. I'm assuming he can feel the change 😂😂

My 2 year old has been super clingy. I can’t even go to the bathroom without her following me in, and either flushing the toilet for me ( don’t even be done yet lol) or she sit on the floor playing with my phone 😂 if I’m watching tv with her, she forces me to look at her by turning my head towards her 😂😂😂

Oh yes! My eighteen month old is so very clingy. He has even began calling me mama instead of dada (yay) I think just to get my attention even more. I used to be able to sneak out of the house at 6:30 to get to class without him waking up but he’s began waking when he thinks I’m leaving just for a cuddle.

Super cling. Won’t walk himself and whines at my feet to be held lol I don’t mind the extra snuggles but I don’t have very much lap left lol
