Update
So I posted about the excitement of laboring well I got to choose to labor at home because contractions were not regular but were 2-6 mins apart but how do you mommas work through the contractions I cant because they are so intense and when I lay down it's like everything stops and I have to start over again but they hurt so bad lol. Help a momma out
