Almost positive opk but no follicle?

I’m really confused. I’m cycle day 13 and I’ve been testing since cycle day 10. Haven’t had a positive opk until today but the ultrasound showed no follicle. The PA said I could have already ovulated but will have to see what the bloodwork says. Has this happened to anyone or can anyone help me understand this lol

A friend of mine had no visible follicles positive OPk went ahead and tried that month and she got pregnant.

Yes! Tested positive on the ovulation strip but bloodwork came back with very low progesterone results meaning no ovulation. Very confusing 😭
