I feel so clueless. This is my second baby but I feel like I don’t know if I’m actually having contractions or it’s just cramps. With my first, I just knew. This time, I’ve been cramping on and off for days. Today, I’ve had cramps, some contractions I guess, a ton of pressure, I’ve felt like throwing up all morning and I had diarrhea. I feel like it’s signs but I’m afraid I won’t know. Also, my back is killing me. Is it early labor or am I just hopeful?
