let it pass or see a doctor???

on sunday i got a wax and then was sexually active a few hours after that and when my bf went down on me i moved and he kinda scratched me with his teeth. the next day my inner labia and around my clit was all swollen and irritated and its been constantly itching to this day and its very uncomfortable and idk if its just cause of the scratch (if there even is one i tried to look and saw nothing) or irritation from the wax but im in a lot of pain because i cant scratch my lips??? i guess. the inside of my vag doesnt hurt its like my lips and the inner part itches and kinda burns. also my discharge has been super watery and not like gross smelling but just odd . that could just be from the amount of sex i had in that one day but somethings going on and im scared & dont know what i should do.
