Pregnancy symptoms on the pill?

I had an MC in August. We got the clear the go head and try again but didn’t get pregnant so we decided to wait until next year. Just get through the holidays and enjoy family. So I went back on the pill last month. (AF is expected on Friday, we leave on our honeymoon tomorrow.) I was going to skip the placebo week because I don’t want to be on my period while in paradise. However, I have had extremely sore breasts, nipples (this is improving.) nausea, food eversions and today I am EXHAUSTED. I got some slight, spotting earlier when I went to the bathroom and wiped. Now there’s nothing. Has anyone ever had pregnancy symptoms after going on the pill? Mine is super low dose.
