Help!!! What to do!!!!!

Glow says I’m 5 days late on Monday i tested and got a negative. Today i had what i felt like af was about to start, went to the bathroom and nothing. I mean mild cramping like right before i usually start. But yet nothing no spotting or anything.

According to Ovia my period wasn’t even predicted. Only my fertile days for this month which is the end of this month. I have no symptoms of anything not even PMS😫

Have any of you ladies ever experienced this and were indeed pregnant ? I feel going to the doctor would be a waste. Help please !!!
