I don’t have my first appointment until next Wednesday. I need something to get me through this nausea which is all day!!! 😩
I want to eat everything but I can’t eat anything!!! What did you ladies use/do that helped with nausea?

Eat smaller meals throughout the day. Don't go more than an hour or two without a small snack.
