Could I be pregnant ??

So I️ ended my birth control on sept 12 and me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex I️ had my periods on oct 17 med for 1 day and then the next couple of days I️ spotted I️ don’t know what wrong I️ took a test & it was neg but my chest feels weird and I’m always getting heart burn & feels like stomach flutters

( I️ was only on birth control for 2weeks)

Could I️ be pregnant or an I’m over thinking )
