I'm having extreme nausea on mirena it's the 5th month ive had it. I cant sleep or lay down. Ove checked strings and taken tests I dont think I'm pregnant. If this side effect doesnt go away I may switch to paragard but I already have heavy periods. These are two of my only options since I cant use combo pills, patches or rings since I cant take estrogen. I didnt do well on depo. I havent tried the arm implant. The mini pill gave me heavy and irregular periods. Should I switch to paragard? Or wait out the nausea? What if it doesnt go away after the 6 month mark?
