Ovarian hyperestimulation syndrome

So ive been doing some research this one really has me nervous. Research say that Ovarion hyperestimulation Syndrome in more common in ivf do to hormone injections and using embryos that have been frozen. Im starting ivf Fri and im so nervous im sensitive to medications anyway . So far ive done well with clomid and Frema hcg shot. I read somewhere it said one way to help prevent Ovarian Hyperestimulation Sydrom is not to take Hcg injections. I need some advice please

Is this something i should worry about or am i just over reacting?
