Is this normal!?!?

I just went to the bathroom and when I went to wipe I say blood on the toilet paper. I looked down into my panties and I show more blood. The blood is a dark brown with hints of pink like old blood.I’m 5 weeks and 4 days. I found out I was pregnant oct 30th, I stopped smoking that same night and have not smoked since, I haven’t been cramping or anything. I put a pad in my panties so I see how much I’m bleeding over time.

I’m very worried that I’m having a miscarriage, my husband and I really want this baby so much. I’m very upset but I’m trying to stay calm so I don’t make it worse. Can anyone please tell me if they had this experience? I had no clue that I was bleeding until I went to use the bathroom.

UPDATE: about an hour after I posted this the bleeding got worse it’s bright red with blood clots. I’m at the er right now.

Update: I went and got more blood work done today and my hcg levels went from 1660 to 1180 so I’m having a miscarriage 😢
