C section advice?

I'm 20 years old first time mom and I have my c section scheduled for Tuesday the 13th. I am absolutely devastated. But since there's no other options for me does anyone have any c section advice?

It will be ok! I’m having my 2nd c-section tomorrow. Neither were by choice or per my plan. The good news is that after you have the baby you won’t be scared to poop and you won’t have to flush your crotch with a water bottle every time you have to pee!! Also no tearing down there. Once you experience the euphoria of having a sweet baby you won’t care about how he/she got here and the happiness truly lessens any pain. Maybe I was lucky but last time I remember the pain being VERY tolerable. I’m nervous this time around because I have a 2 year old that likes to be carried still but we will take each day at a time!! I’m also having a scheduled c-section on Tuesday the 13th! My doctor and I just decided on that bc my baby is very big.
My mom had 5 pregnancies and 4 of them were c-sections actually and said that I’ll just need more help getting around more in the beginning. And that yes the incision area does hurt a bit. But she had a vaginal with my brother and she had a 3rd degree tear even after an episiotomy and she said with that it burns like hell when you pee and poop lol there’s no easy way out but she always tells me each one was worth it!!

It’ll be ok! Just had my second c section last Monday and already feel back to normal! I felt sore for the first 2 days but then I was fine! The procedure is really not bad at all!
