High Blood pressure

So today I just decided to check my BP while shopping. It was 157/112..so I went home checked it again and it's at 167/112 so been taking it easy, off my feet for about an hour (I have 2 toddlers so I can't stay sitting long) and checked it again. It's now 160/118 should I go to the ER? I recently moved and don't have an obgyn to call. I'm 38 weeks.
