I use ocean spray. It’s saline spray for your nose that is kinda like a netipot but ready to use. It works really well

My OB put me on Allegra-D daily my last pregnancy. I use Vick’s Vapor Rub right now.

Use sinus rinses, you can buy it anywhere. I work for ENT & that’s number 1 recommended.

Also try breathe right strips on your nose. They just hold it open a bit more. And sleep basically sitting up propped on pillows. This was me last week, it was awful :( feel better

Vick’s vapor rub! And a humidifier with the Vick’s drops in the water. Also I used cough drops. Made me feel better within a few days

I’m in Canada so I’m not sure the brands that are available to you but I use just a saline nasal rings called hydrosence and it’s amazing! Works similar to a neti pot but I’m lazy and don’t like to boil the water and mix the neti rinse first and this is sterile and ready to use! I’m sure any saline nasal rinse would offer some relief! When it got really terrible I also check with my midwife and used Vick’s to help breath as well as steamed my nose Over a bowl of boiling water with some eucalyptus oil in it! Good luck mamma 😊
