Could first response digital be false ?
I'm late by about 3 days (cycle day 35)
And I've been sick lately (congested nose and super tired) , and I felt like I had to test so I did.
And I got a yes +
But I've been having really bad cramps
Could these be false ? Sorry this is my first time , also can cramps be a bad sign ?
