Braxton hick and early labor?

Do any of you mamas have experience with having lots of Braxton hicks contractions and having your baby early? Did you see any correlation? I’ve had them since about 17 weeks and they are just getting more intense now (31 weeks Friday). Just curious if anyone experienced this and how it impacted your gestation.

I had almost constant BH with my first daughter, I'd have some at least an hour a day starting after 20 weeks. She came at 39 weeks. Stay hydrated and rest when your body is telling you to slow down.

My friend had BH for a month or two prior to labor. She was even 3 cm dilated prior to her due date. Her baby came 4 days late.

I have an irritable uterus, I had consistent, timetable and fairly painful braxton hicks that were 3 minutes apart for 12 hours yesterday and my cervix didn't make any change. They aren't a predictor of preterm labour. Even people with an irritable uterus are only at a very slightly increased risk of preterm delivery.

Not sure but I’m wondering as well because I’ve had them since about around the same time and recently had a lot and I’m 32 weeks I don’t remember ever having them with my first 2!

I noticed I was contracting and feeling cervix change at 13 weeks, I contract a lot mixture of bh and real contractions I’ve been in preterm labor twice and have no cervix left so on bed rest until the week before my induction date then it’s light activity.

Pregnant with my first and they started at 16weeks, am now almost 29. I’m the last week baby has moved completely head down and cervix is getting lower with more pressure
