Ovulation Question

So I got a positive opk on CD10. Glow is predicting I will ovulate on CD20 (I'm currently on CD13). This is my 3rd month on Femara. With the medication will that just bump up my O date or will I possibly just ovulate again later this month? I took another opk today and the test line was so faint I could barely see it
