Im completely stressing myself out crying almost every month when AF comes to visit. Trying so Freaking hard to Conceive & each month its Just NOT HAPPENING❗️❗️ 😔 Don’t think I can take it anymore.. literally walked through Walmart today & passed the baby area & my heart just melted & My little soul Just cried 🙅🏽‍♀️ I think I’m done!! I’ll just let it come By surprise

That’s what I’m trying to do too! I’m 9 dpo and it already feels like af is coming. So next cycle I’m not tracking, just going to go with the flow. (Easier said that done) but you’ll always have a thought in your mind like 🤔🤔

Yes! After a year of trying that’s how I got pregnant . I ended up being 5 days late for period before I ever realized . Tested and got BFP. Didn’t pay attention to ovulation or period or anything that cycle . I think stress is hard on the body . Doesn’t hurt to give it a try .  You never know . 😊 Good luck 🙏🏼👶✨

Yes, stress will mess with your body which will not help you conceive. I recommend if your stressed just try the natural way if you aren’t already, no temping, no OPKS and no charting. I would just have sex EOD during the fertile window. I am going to try that next month since charting stresses me out.

That’s how it worked for us. We tried soo hard for almost a year. We decided to seek fertility help and we just assumed that’s how it was going to work for us. Stopped trying, and right before we were suppose to start meds, I found out I was pregnant. I will be 24 weeks Friday with our little girl.💓
