Please help (sorry long post, but I really need help)
I tried posting about this on another social group on a different period app but I didn’t get very much feedback and I’m confused. Researching isn’t helping me, it’s only worrying me and I figured who would be best to ask than the people who are on birth control and probably know a lot more than I do, also everyone’s brains helps! My main concern is the last post (#3) but showing the other two posts helps with background knowledge so y’all know what’s going on. Also thank you in advance for your wise words I really appreciate it because idk if I can tell my boyfriend if I started my period or no.
1 week ago (1st post)
I am on birth control, but my boyfriend accidentally finished in me a week ago and the app says my period is supposed to start in 4 days but I don’t start my placebo pills for my birth control for 10 days. If my period is late going off of what the app says should I take a test or should I just wait if I am late going off of the placebo pill (the 10 days instead of the 4 days that the app says)
1 day ago (2nd post)
So for those of you that saw my last post, I started getting brown discharge Saturday and Sunday (the app said my period would start Saturday) and then I started bleeding very lightly on Monday and I’ve continued bleeding today however I am still taking my active pills, my placebo pills will start on Thursday, so should I consider this as my period or would it be considered break through bleeding since this is only my second month on birth control? I’m trying to determine if it would be my period or not so I know if I can tell my boyfriend that it has started or not. Thank you for the help!
Today (3rd post)
Sorry about being annoying but I have one more quick question relating to my last two posts. As I stated in my most recent post I have been bleeding on my active pills which y’all told me was breakthrough bleeding but tomorrow I’m starting my placebo so if the bleeding continues is it considered my period at that point or is it still breakthrough bleeding? And also should I be concerned that the breakthrough bleeding has been happening for almost a week now?
