Pregnant after period?

hey guys, i dont want to sound stupid so im sorry if i do. I have very irregular periods and i hadn’t had one in around 11 months, but i finally got it and it lasted a week. Straight after it ended i started having a really weird feeling stomach, like bubbly almost? and i have had nausea when i first wake up but only slight, its not to the point where i feel like i need to throw up. Im just wondering im if over thinking or if it’s possible that i could be pregnant even if i just had my period? thanks x
