Not sure what to think

I’m not really sure what to think about my chart this month...does the double temp rise mean I could’ve ovulated twice? According to the app AF was supposed to start on day 25 but I range anywhere between 23-29 day cycles so I’m not sure if I’m late or if this is just a longer cycle this month. I took a test this morning and got a BFN 😞. I’ve been crampy the last couple of days and had a very tiny bit of very light colored spotting today but don’t think that it would be from implantation this late in my cycle right?? Trying not to get my hopes up but really hoping that this could be it!
