PCOS Letrozole IUI

I FINALLY got my period after 2 months! Never thought I’d be so excited but this means I can finally schedule my sono HSG. I go in tomorrow for some bloodwork and then sono HSH will be next Thursday. I am going to speak to doctor tomorrow to ask if I can start with letrozole this cycle followed by the IUI or if I have to wait since I’m scheduled to do the HSG. I would hate to wait another month to start fertility meds but also know this while journey takes patience 🙏🏻🤞🏼 Anyone on the same track as me in my journey?
