Are facials safe???

So I’m curious as to whether or not it’s ok in my first trimester to have a facial I read something saying you just have to be careful but do any of you guys have any experience in this area? I’m only 7 weeks

I got facials through out my entire first pregnancy and also this one. The girl that does the facials should know you’re pregnant and be able to customize something that is safe for you!

Just let the spa know when booking, as they’ll likely use different products (no retinol etc) and might have a policy about no facials or massages in the first trimester, but 2nd and 3rd should be fine.
