Sonohystogram during period??

Has anyone been in the middle of their period when they had their sonohystogram done? My dr’s Office was having trouble scheduling me and said that was the only spot they could fit me in and it should be fine that I’ll still be bleeding. I’ve read that it’s better to do it one week after your period because the lining is the thinnest and therefore they can see more...

Just worried I’m wasting yet another cycle because my dr’s office doesn’t have their shit together. 😔
