My Amazing husband

My husband of 3 years and the man that I have been with for 7 years works so hard every day. I just needed some advice on how to show him I appreciate him more. We have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years with doctors and 2 years without. He take clomid because he has low testosterone. He doesnt say he feel emasculate but I see different. Help!!!
