Yeast infection in gut?

So I am reading about this and have started trying to eat a some what strict diet as I have a had a yeast infection for months and months and it will not go away. 
Anyone experience this? How long did you have to eat a certain diet (restrict sugars and yeasts etc.. ) before you felt relief? TIA.

Yes! It’s candida overgrowth in the gut. Look up “the candida diet”

The diet is to help prevent them,to cure what you have to need to use OTC meds or go to the doctor for a prescription
